Why can't I upload multiple files?

 

DocCare provides a multiple file uploader for user to upload a batch of files at one time.

Problem 1: I didn't see 'Double click here...'

The reason is you didnt' have Flash player installed. DocCare Multiple File Uploader is flash application. You must install flash player before using multiple file uploader. You can get flash player from http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer for free.

Problem 2: The progress bar is always 0% when I start uploading.

It might be your web parameters are not correct. Please check Web Settings to correct the parameters.
Also, you should check your network connection.

Problem3: When I select the documents, I got a pop-up error dialog

It might be your web parameters are not correct. The domain name or IP address in your browser is not the same as you configured in the Web Settings.
Due to security concern, the multi-file uploader does not allow cross-domain operations. So the domain name or IP address in you browser must be the same as you configured in Web Settings.
