Why can't I edit MS Office document online?
You can edit Microsoft Office documents in DocCare via WebDAV.
Note: Before you can properly edit MS Office documents over WebDAV protocol, you should meet the following requirements:
- You have MS Office software suite installed on your computer. For example, to edit a Word document, you should have MS Word application installed on your computer.
- Use IE6, IE7 core browsers to open DocCare.
If you have meet the above requirements and after you clicked button [Edit Online], The MS Office application is open but it failed to open the document, please enter [Options] -> [Web settings] and check if domain name and HTTP port is correct.
