The Organization View is the main view for users to manage department, user group and user accounts.
Organization View has three parts

DocCare department has tree style structure. Every user can only stay in one department.
DocCare department properties include name, code, description, parent department and root folder.
The code is the prefix of a document code. Root folder is the top folder the department members can access.
We recommend that you create DocCare departments in the same structure as your actual departments. Thus, DocCare can take advantage of the GES model to intelligently categorize documents and manage the security of documents.

DocCare user group has a group users who have same privileges. DocCare user groups have flat structure.
You can grant privileges for the user group members to access DocCare components.
A user can belongs to one or more user groups. The total privileges a user has are the combination of the privileges granted by all the user groups the user belongs to.

You can click button [Members] from department detail page or user group detail page to enter the user list.
You can create, copy, ban/activate, modify, delete user account and reset password here.
