DocCare provides a WYSIWYG editor for users to edit plain text or rich text content online.
You can select [Web(HTML) Document] from the drop down list under the document table to create rich text content online. See figure below:
When you click button [Save], DocCare will save the document in .html file. You also can check out and edit the document online.
