Import Email or Email Attachment
DocCare Mail Collecting Service collects emails which are sent to a specific email address and save them in the user's personal space.
You can import the email or email attachment from personal space to DocCare folders. DocCare will manage the emails and email attachments as normal documents.
DocCare supports full-text search for email contents.
Steps to import emails
- Enter [Resources] -> [My Documents].
- Select the email you want to import, then click button[Import].
- Select destination folder in the pop-up dialog, then click button [Save]. See figure below:
DocCare will import the selected emails into the destination folder.
Steps to import email attachments
- Enter [Resources] -> [My Documents].
- Click on email name to open the email.
- Click link [Import to DocCare] next to the attachment, then select destination folder in the pop-up dialog.
- Click button [Save] in the pop-up dialog to import the attachment. See figure below:
