How to use dashboard efficiently?
DocCare dashboard is an assembled area of document resources.
You can get a lot of information without having to enter each resource detail page.
You can add the following portlets to dashboard
To use the dashboard efficiently, you should be aware of the following aspects.
1. Ajust the dashboard column numbers for a proper display. Neither too crowded nor too sparse.
2. Adjust the layout of portlets. Place important portlets at center part of the dashboard.
3. Adjust the display row number and order of the portlet. Thus, the newest documents will properly display.
4. Be aware of the content length of the workspace document you posted on the dashboard. A long content will occupy to much space, thus lower the importance of other portlets.
5. Update the dashboard regularly. Remove the portlets as soon as it becomes useless.
