DocCare provide two parameters to prevent users from forgetting to check in the documents. See figure below:
The first parameter is used to remind the user to check in the document. If the user checked out a document for long time which exceeds the value of this parameter, DocCare will send an email notification automatically to the user. See figure below:
The second parameter is used to reset a checked-out document to normal status. If the user checked out a document for a long time which exceeds the value of this parameter, DocCare will discard the check-out status of this document and send a notification to the user automatically. See figure below:
Note: We recommend the value of Check-out Timeout parameter is better to be larger than the value of Check-in Remind parameter.
