
Each DocCare2 department is linked to a folder. This folder is called Department Root Folder. In DocCare2’s security model, a user can only access (browse/download/update/delete) documents inside his own department by default. That means the user can only access documents in the sub folders of the department root folder. For example, in the figure below, a DocCare team member can only access documents under folder DocCare and its sub folders. He has no right to enter other folders and can’t even see them.
