DocCare2 license file is named license.xml.
After you got the license file, you can simply put it in ${BURGEONSOFT_HOME}/install. Then restart DocCare2 server.
To check if the license file is taking effect, you can sign in DocCare2 and open the link from Options -> System Settings -> License Information.
The Account Limitation field shows the max account DocCare2 allows to register. See figure below:
