Company ABC contains a lot of policies and processes, covering various aspects including salary, working time, leave, benefits, etc.

DocCare2 provides an easy way to categorize and share the company policies.

DocCare2 allows each department to manage department-wide policies and processes by itself.

The department manager can decide if the policies or processes need to be shared to the whole company.

If the manager decides to share a policy or a process document, he can add this document to the corresponding workspace folder.

The employees can download the policy document or process document by browsing the workspace folder or by search.
